PRECONFERENCE FEES

Full Day – 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, includes lunch $130.00/$149.00
Morning Half Day – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm $80.00/$99.00
Afternoon Half Day – 1:30 to 4:30 pm $80.00/$99.00
** If you register for BOTH an AM Half-Day Workshop & a PM Half-Day workshop you will receive a $30 discount on your overall registration

Non-Member Conference Presenter attending on Wednesday or Thursday is $180.00

Purchase Order Processing Fee – $5.00
** (Note, if you are paying by purchase order only, please add $5 to cover administrative processing costs; all purchase orders must be paid before the conference begins.) Purchase Order must be accompanied by registration form

REGISTRATION LATE FEE: Postmarked after January 20, 2017 or On Site Registration Fee $35.00
** If the processing fee applies and is not included, it will be assessed at the on-site registration table.

A 25% processing fee is assessed on all request for refunds. No Refunds will be made after February 6, 2017.
