Preconference Fees

Morning Half Day – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm $80.00/$100.00
Afternoon Half Day – 1:30 to 4:30 pm $80.00/$100.00
Full Day – 9:30 to 4:30 pm $130.00/$170.00
** If you register for BOTH a paid AM Half-Day Workshop & a paid PM Half-Day workshop you will receive a $30 discount on your overall registration

**If you are registered to attend a full day of PreConference workshops, a buffet lunch will be included

Virtual Conference Fees

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, November 10-12, 2021

This year’s conference will have the option to register and attend virtually in a limited capacity.  This option will give virtual attendants access to:

  • Live streaming of both the opening and closing keynote presentations
    • Opening – Julia Cook
    • Closing – Dr. George Koonce
  • Live streaming of 7 sectionals throughout the conference that have been hand selected by our sectional team
    • Restorative Practices as a part of your SEL, TSS and MLSS
    • The School Counselor’s Role in Facilitating Courageous Conversations
    • 3 Ways to be an Inclusion Ally for the LGBTQ+ population
    • Gettin’ It Together – Tips and Strategies For Getting Your Program Organized
    • Yes the Wisconsin Comprehensive School Counseling Model Standards have transitioned to the ASCA Mindsets & Behaviors. What you need to know, including updates from ASCA.
    • Strategies for Talking About Race And Identity With Students
    • Unlearning Helplessness: Motivating the Underachiever
  • Live access to the “RAMP up Your School Counseling Program” Pre-Conference session (Wednesday Morning)
  • Access to conference social interactions such as “conference timeline” posts and direct messaging
  • Access to conference exhibit and sponsor profile pages
  • Access to all conference handouts
  • SWAG bag sent to attendee prior to the event with conference program, tote bag, etc.

WSCA Student Member / Retiree – $65.00

Non-Member – $149.00

Purchase Order Processing Fee – $5.00
*If you are paying by purchase order, please add $5 to cover administrative processing costs; all purchase orders must be paid BEFORE the conference begins. Purchase Order must be accompanied by registration form.

REGISTRATION LATE FEE – $45.00
* Late Fee applies to all registrations postmarked after October 2nd, 2021 or On-Site registrations
** If the processing fee applies and is not included, it will be assessed at the on-site registration table.

A 25% processing fee is assessed on all request for refunds. No Refunds will be made after October 15th, 2021.

If a registrant needs to cancel after the refund cut off date, they have the option to transfer their full registration to another person up until the day before the event. Any additional activities that are not included in the original registration will be the responsibility of the new registrant. Transfers cannot be made on-site.  Contact WSCA Administration prior to the event to discuss details.
