Are you interested in presenting a session at the 2025-2026 Wisconsin School Counselors Conference?

We want you to share your expertise. WSCA encourages all practicing school counselors to submit a proposal to present a sectional at the 2025-2026 conference. Submit as an individual or with a colleague.

Save $$$ (Presenters receive $30 off their conference registration fees. Advanced sectional presenters receive an additional $20 discount)

Deadline for submitting Sectional Proposal Forms for the 2025-2026 Wisconsin School Counselors Conference: March 3, 2025. By mid-April, you will receive notification of the status of your proposal. Please do not contact the Wisconsin School Counselors Association before the end of March regarding acceptance of your proposal since the speaker committee reviews will not be concluded before then.

Please note ALL items below in RED are REQUIRED FIELDS to submit the Sectional Proposal Form. Make sure you have data in all required fields.

If you are on a MAC – the recommended browser is Safari. We have experienced trouble with other MAC browsers. 99% of the MAC issues have been resolved by simply using Safari.

You must finish the form in one sitting as the data will not be stored in the form.

The WSCA board has set the following standard for everything that WSCA does: The Wisconsin School Counselor Association exists so there are conditions enabling Wisconsin School Counselors to practice with the highest level of effectiveness using an equity lens to the extent that justifies available resources.

Our conference is designed to offer 60 minute sectionals. Occasionally, if there is interest and space, we will allow an intensive sectional (90 minutes).

AV Equipment Information and Acceptance of Terms - A microphone, projector, screen, and house sound will be provided in every room. Due to the volume and length of sectional presentations, we cannot accommodate additional AV requests. We will not provide laptops or clickers.
