Data (WSCPAR) & ASCA Model Committee

WSCA Data (WSCPAR) and ASCA Model Committee is looking for committee members. This committee is responsible for promoting the ASCA model implementation in Wisconsin along with sharing exemplary equititible counseling program results.

The Wisconsin School Counselor Program Accountability Report (WSCPAR) provides school counselors an opportunity to demonstrate a commitment for getting results and communicating how students are different because of the school counseling program at their school.

Who should get involved?

The WSCPAR Committee is looking for school counselors who are passionate about comprehensive school counseling. If you are a school counselor that would like to get involved and are skilled in administrative work, we would love to hear from you!

Note: WSCPAR reviewers and ASCA Model Master Trainers have successfully submitted WSCPAR’s and/or RAMP applications. This committee has specific requirements for participation, reach out with any questions you may have.

What can you expect to do as a member of the Data (WSCPAR) and ASCA Model committee?

Committee members can contribute in the following areas:

  • provide input into WSCPAR requirements and rubrics
  • review WSCPAR submissions
  • present and share information to counselors on the WSCPAR and/or ASCA model
  • write press releases

WSCPAR reviews are November – December with a combination of online and face to face reviews.  Other projects are flexible to meet your schedule although there are deadlines.

When/where will committee meet?

Committee meetings and work is a combination of online and face to face.
