Hotel Accommodations at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center
WSCA has secured beautiful and convenient hotel rooms at the Kalahari Resort! To book your room reservation at the special WSCA rate, you must make your reservation at the below designated WSCA Conference booking website or call their reservations line and request the WSCA Conference rate. Please note that booking at the designated WSCA Hotel not only offers the lowest rate but also helps WSCA to continue to keep conference registration fees at a minimum.

Distance: Rooms are located within the same building complex as the conference
Reservations: Call (608) 254-5466 (Press “1” for reservations, then press “2” for group room blocks) and mention the group code “WSCA”, or use our personalized online booking link. We recommend that if you will be splitting your bill with your district or have other special billing requests, that you book via phone. Rate: WSCA is proud to offer some of the best rates available at the Kalahari resort, and is happy to confirm that our discounted pricing extends to the weekend after conference, allowing you to take full advantage of all the fun there is to have in the Wisconsin Dells.
Tues, Wed, Thurs: $119 – Standard Room (double queen or king), $139 – Lodge Suite, $205 – 2 Room Family Suite
Fri: $145 – Standard Room (double queen or king), $175 – Lodge Suite, $255 – 2 Room Family Suite
Sat: $165 – Standard Room (double queen or king), $205 – Lodge Suite, $275 – 2 Room Family Suite

Check in: after 4 pm. Check out before 11 am.
Amenities: Our special WSCA block provides all WSCA guests with complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary self parking, complimentary admission to the waterpark, complimentary payment of the typical $29.99/night resort fee, plus all the other great amenities already provided by the Kalahari Resort! All amenities are extended through the weekend after conference, so if you are planning to stay for the weekend you will still receive these perks as long as you book under the WSCA block of rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled 72 hours or more prior to the date of arrival receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the date of arrival forfeit the entire deposit of first night’s room and tax.
CHILDREN POLICY
Kids 2 & under stay free.

Tax Exemptions at the Kalahari:
Per our policy at Kalahari Resorts, we do not accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, nor Purchase Orders to be submitted to us at the hotel check-in. We have a dedicated team that approves these forms to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservations prior to check-in. These forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advanced to us at dellscallcenterfax@
We highly suggest that the attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advanced prior to the hotel check in so our team can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards; since our Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in.
