Preconference Fees

Wednesday, November 1, 2022

Morning Half Day – 9:30 am to 12:30 pm $100.00/$120.00
Afternoon Half Day – 1:30 to 4:30 pm $100.00/$120.00
Full Day – 9:30 to 4:30 pm $150.00/$190.00
** If you register for BOTH a paid AM Half-Day Workshop & a paid PM Half-Day workshop you will receive a $50 discount on your overall registration

**If you are registered to attend a full day of PreConference workshops, a buffet lunch will be included

*Non-Member rate automatically includes 1-year WSCA membership

Additional Calculations and Fees

Purchase Order Processing Fee – $5.00
*If you are paying by purchase order, please add $5 to cover administrative processing costs; all purchase orders must be paid BEFORE the conference begins. Purchase Order must be accompanied by registration form. (Only include if payment is NOT accompanying the registration)

REGISTRATION LATE FEE – $45.00
* Late Fee applies to all registrations postmarked after October 2nd, 2023 or On-Site registrations
** If the processing fee applies and is not included, it will be assessed at the on-site registration table.

A 25% processing fee is assessed on all request for refunds. No Refunds will be made after October 15th, 2023.

If a registrant needs to cancel after the refund cut off date, they have the option to transfer their full registration to another person up until the day before the event. Any additional activities that are not included in the original registration will be the responsibility of the new registrant. Transfers cannot be made on-site.  Contact WSCA Administration prior to the event to discuss details.
