Full Conference Fees

Thursday & Friday, November 7-8, 2024

WSCA Member – $250.00 (before or on 10/14) | $325 (after 10/14)
*Includes Continental Breakfast & Buffet Lunch on Thursday and Brunch on Friday

WSCA Student Member / WSCA Retiree – $200.00 (before or on 10/14) | $275 (after 10/14)
*Includes Continental Breakfast & Buffet Lunch on Thursday and Brunch on Friday

Non-Member – $325.00 (before or on 10/14) | $400 (after 10/14)
*Includes Continental Breakfast & Buffet Lunch on Thursday and Brunch on Friday

*Non-Member rate automatically includes 1-year WSCA membership

Additional Calculations and Fees

Purchase Order Processing Fee – $5.00
*If you are paying by purchase order, please add $5 to cover administrative processing costs; all purchase orders must be paid BEFORE the conference begins. Purchase Order must be accompanied by registration form. (Only include if payment is NOT accompanying the registration)

A 25% processing fee is assessed on all request for refunds. No Refunds will be made after October 15th, 2024.

If a registrant needs to cancel after the refund cut off date, they have the option to transfer their full registration to another person up until the day before the event. Any additional activities that are not included in the original registration will be the responsibility of the new registrant. Transfers cannot be made on-site.  Contact WSCA Administration prior to the event to discuss details.
