2025-2026 Educators Credit Union WSCA Conference Scholarship
We’re pleased to announce that with the support of Educators Credit Union, we are able to offer WSCA Annual Conference scholarships for five (5) lucky counselors!
Each scholarship covers:
- WSCA Member Registration fees for conference
- A sleeping room at the Kalahari Hotel for one night (Thursday, Nov 6th)
Scholarship Application Information:
Scholarship Eligibility
To support equitable access to professional development, this scholarship is available to school counselors who meet the following criteria:
- Location-Based Eligibility
Applicants must currently work as licensed school counselors in K–12 schools within Dane, Green, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock, Walworth, Washington, or Waukesha counties. - Demonstrated Financial Need
Applicants must outline financial barriers that may prevent them from attending the conference without support. This may include a lack of funding from their district or school, travel costs, or personal financial limitations. - Potential Benefit from Attendance
Applicants must describe how attending the conference will enhance their school counseling practice, support student outcomes, and contribute to their professional growth. - Active WSCA Member
Applicants must be active members of WSCA to apply. (At WSCA, we never want finances to be a barrier to being an association member. If needed, we have implemented a membership assistance program to waive up to 100% of your membership dues. Find more information here.)
Application Deadline
Applications must be submitted on or before Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.

Scholarship Winner Selection Process
Awards will be selected in a random lottery from the full list of eligible applicants.
Scholarship Winner Notification
WSCA will notify the winners and non-winners no later than Friday, September 26th.
